My First Homemade Vegetable Stock

This was much easier than I thought it would be! I'm excited to use it in my soups this week!

Ingredients:
1-2 onions
2-3 carrots
3-4 celery stalks
4-5 sprigs fresh thyme
1 bay leaf
1 small bunch parsley
1 teaspoon whole peppercorns
